Acceptable Use Policy

Updated 2026-10-14

A shared platform works when everyone follows a few clear rules. This policy lists what may not be created, uploaded or shared with the service. It applies to every account and every render.

01Never allowed

Anything illegal where you live or where you publish it. Any sexual content involving minors, of any kind, real or generated. Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent. Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their permission, including public figures, customers and colleagues. Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that promotes hatred or violence against people because of who they are. Fraud, scams, fake certificates or credentials, or synthetic media presented as real footage to mislead. Malware, spam, or attempts to break, overload or get around the service and its limits.

02Children

Do not upload photos, names, voices or any other personal data of children, and do not ask a model to depict a real child. Use fictional characters or generic illustrations instead.

03Respect other people's work

Only upload material you own or are allowed to use — your own photos, product shots, footage, logos and drawings, or material whose licence allows it. Do not use the service to copy films, ads, characters, brands, logos or artwork you do not have the right to reproduce.

04Publish responsibly

Do not present AI-generated content as real footage or a factual record when it is not. Ads must not make claims about a product that the product cannot keep, and generated testimonials must not pass for real customers. Label generated material where the law, your platform, your client or your employer asks you to.

05The model providers' rules

Your prompts are processed by third-party models, and their usage policies apply as well. A provider may refuse a request; when it does, the credits are returned.

06What happens if the rules are broken

We may block a request, remove content, suspend or close the account, and report illegal material — especially anything involving children — to the relevant authorities where the law requires.

07Reporting

Seen something that breaks these rules? Write to [email protected] with "Report" in the subject line.
