Payment Policy

This policy explains how you pay for Foqar, what you are charged and when. In short: you buy credits once, you see the price first, and nothing is ever charged again without you starting it.

01How you can pay

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

02What you are buying

You buy prepaid credits, either as one of our credit packs or as a custom amount of your choice. Credits are then spent on renders; every model shows its rate per second of video or per image, and every render shows its total before you start it. Credits never expire.

03One payment, once

Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. Foqar has no recurring plans or charges, no trial periods and no automatic top-ups. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, once. If you want more credits later, you buy them again yourself.

04Prices and currency

The full price is shown before you confirm, in the currency you selected in your account. Larger packs include bonus credits, which are shown separately next to the pack. If you use a promotional code, the reduced price is shown before you pay.

05Security

Payments are taken on a secure hosted payment page run by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details go straight to the processor and never pass through or stay on our servers. A billing address is collected once, on your first card payment, so that we can issue proper invoices.

06Invoices and statements

An invoice for each completed payment is available in your account, under Profile. The charge appears on your bank statement under the Foqar name.

07If a payment fails

If a payment is declined or interrupted, no credits are added and nothing is charged; you can simply try again. If you were charged but no credits arrived, write to [email protected] with the date and amount and we will put it right within one business day.
