These terms explain how Foqar (foqar.com) works and what each of us agrees to. We have kept them in plain language. By creating an account you accept them; if something is unclear, ask us at [email protected] before you buy anything.

01What Foqar is

Foqar is an online AI generation platform. You describe a video, a vertical reel, a product shot, an avatar, an ad or an image — or start from a picture of your own — and the service sends that request to a third-party AI model of your choice, which renders a video or an image. We build the tools around those models; we do not make the models ourselves.

02Your account

You need an account to create anything. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Accounts are for adults acting for themselves, a business, an agency, a school or another organisation. One person, one account.

03Credits

Renders are paid for with prepaid credits. You buy them as a one-off pack or as a custom amount; there is no recurring plan and nothing renews on its own. Every render shows its price in credits before you start it, and that is the price taken. Credits never expire, they are not money, they earn no interest and they cannot be transferred to another account. If a render fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

04Checking what you publish

AI models can get things wrong: an extra finger, a misspelt word on a label, a product detail that does not match the real thing, a fact that looks right but is not. You are responsible for checking every clip and image before you publish it — in an ad, on a product page, in a feed, in a client deliverable or in a course.

05Your materials and your results

Only upload images, product photos, logos, footage and drawings you own or have permission to use. Do not upload a photo of a real person without their consent, and never of a child. Subject to the terms of the model providers, the results you create are yours to use, and how you publish them is your decision and your responsibility. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what may not be created.

06The service itself

We work hard to keep Foqar running, but it depends on outside providers, so it is offered as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Rates per model can change; the rate shown when you start a render is the one that applies. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page.
