Service Level Agreement
Updated 2026-10-14
This agreement sets out what you can expect from Foqar day to day: how hard we work to keep it available, what happens when something goes wrong, and how quickly we answer. We would rather promise a little and keep it than promise a lot and miss.
01Availability
We aim to keep Foqar available around the clock and we make commercially reasonable efforts to do so: monitoring, quick fixes and careful releases. We do not promise a fixed uptime percentage, because the models themselves are run by third-party providers whose availability we do not control.
02When a model provider has a problem
If one model is slow or unavailable, the rest of the studio keeps working and you can choose another model. Renders already started on a failing model either complete when the provider recovers or fail cleanly. Either way you are never charged for a render that does not complete: its credits are returned automatically.
03How long renders take
Images usually arrive within moments and videos within a few minutes, depending on the model, the length and the provider's queue. These are typical times, not guarantees. Your library keeps each result once it is ready, so you can leave the page and come back.
04Planned maintenance
Maintenance is kept short and scheduled for quiet hours wherever possible. If we expect noticeable downtime, we say so in advance on the site.
05Your data and your credits
Your credits never expire, so time lost to an outage never costs you credit. Unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy.
06Support response
Every message to [email protected] receives a reply from a person within one business day. Problems that stop you working — a payment that did not arrive, a balance that looks wrong, an account you cannot open — are handled first.
07Changes
If we change this agreement, we update the date at the top of this page.
