Privacy Policy

This page explains what Foqar knows about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we keep only what the service needs, we never sell it, and we never use your work to train AI models.

01What we keep

Your email address and account name; your credit balance and the history of your top-ups and renders; the prompts you write; the images you upload as reference material; and the videos and images you create, so they can wait for you in your library. When you pay, a billing address is collected once, on your first card payment, so that invoices can be issued.

02Why we keep it

To run your account, to render what you ask for, to show you your library and your credit history, to issue invoices, and to send you the few emails the service needs (a welcome note, payment confirmations, password resets). We do not send marketing you have not asked for.

03Who else sees it

When you start a render, your prompt and any reference image you attached go to the model provider you chose, because that provider produces the result. Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor on its own secure page; we never see or store your full card number. Nobody else receives your data, and we do not sell it to anyone.

04Training

Your prompts, uploads and results are not used to train AI models, by us or on our behalf.

05Children's data

Foqar is for adults. Please do not upload photos, names or any other personal data of children, and do not ask for content that depicts real minors. If you upload a photo of an adult, make sure you have their permission.

06Cookies

We set one session cookie that keeps you signed in. Nothing else — see the Cookies Policy.

07Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will act on it promptly. Deleting your account removes your library permanently, so download anything you want to keep first.
